Second pair of eyes for my PC Build

Hello together,
I've recently aquired a new job and as such I have finally gotten the opportunity to build myself a new PC (despite the horrible price situation right now; I somehow doubt that will get better). It has been a while since I've build my last PC. To see how long (and the obvious reason why a new one is needed) please see this list of my specs up until now:
- Cpu: i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 MHz, 4 cores
- Nvidea Geforce GTX970 (4GB) (I think it was the MSI version)
- Mainboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LX
- Everything in a Cooler Master PC Case which I can't even find online anymore - but ironically is probably the only part I could reuse, since I was very happy with it and it was quite quiet. We'll see.
- I really don't think I need to continue to demonstrate why this system has fallen of in the last few years and why I am somewhat out of practice in building PCs.
So I spent the last few days going through the various Tech blogs trying to come up with a new build for myself. And I think I have a nice configuration figured out, but a second (and third) pair of eyes to look over it to see any pitfalls I might have missed would be appreciated. No further ado, here is the build, with the reasons for each part:
- GPU: Saphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 9070 XT: Windows screwed me over a few times to often in the last years and basically every machine I'm working on runs Linux nowaday, except for my old gaming PC. I'm going to change that with the new one. AMD seems to be better with Linux, and I like having more VRAM since the requirements seem to be going up and not down. The exact version seemed to be the best from the tests I've read, but feel free to tell me I'm wrong here
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800 X3D: Basically I googled which Processor is needed for an 9070 XT to not have one bottleneck the other. This seemed to be the answer.
- Mainboard: ASRock B650 Steel Legend WiFi: Again, basically every configuration I've seen with my GPU and CPU sugested some form of the B650. This was the cheapest one I found.
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast White 64 GB DDR5-6000 CL30: Again, I wanted 64GB of RAM which works with my processor. This was the result.
- SSD: Kingston KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD: Seems to be one of the better priced SSDs.
- Power supply: ASRock Steel Legend SL-850GW: Seems to be the cheapest Power supply which fits my needs.
- Casing: Lian Li LANCOOL 207 White: Seems to be the best casing in almost every review I've read. It's also the first part where I'm somewhat unsure about. Cable/Space Management seems to be a pain, but the power supply has 150mm flat cables which should fit according to every review I've seen. I also have not seen a reset button on this case and I'm not sure where they hid it. But it seems to be the best thermally and I'm planning to just put it on some feet for better airflow (and maybe install a little filter on the lower back side of the casing if needed)
- CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12A: I needed a cooler which fits the RAM and fits into the rather small casing. The alternative was the liquid cooler be quiet! Light Loop 360 White. Honestly this is the part I'm the most unsure about. If you ask 2 people about there opinions on coolers you get like 15 different opinions. So any help here is appreciated.
- Monitor: Dell Alienware AW3225QF: Probably overkill, but my old PC has 21 Inch and I want the upgrade
- Mouse etc.: Logitech G502 X Lightspeed, Powerplay 2, G915 X Lightspeed: Wireless mouse which gets loaded by the mousepad. Sign me up!
I think that is everything for the specifications. I have already run it through the usual "build a PC" apps and AI and everything should be compatible, but we all know how reliable such tools are.
What I mainly hope for is input for a few points:
- Is everything compatible?
- Any opinions on CPU coolers? Does something cheaper work, or do I need something more powerful? My planned GPU/CPU configuration doesn't seem to be that rare, neither does the LANCOOL so maybe someone has experience with it?
- Somewhat related: How loud is this setup going to be? I initially debatet getting a more dimmed case to cancel out some of the noise, but from what I've read that doesn't seem to help that much if everything runs correctly since with a less thermally optimal casing GPU and CPU cooler just need to run harder and consequently louder.
- Any other suggestions? Anything I should be aware of regarding future proofing this setup. I was honestly really happy with my old setup for running basically 15 years with an absolutely stupid user who downloaded so much junk as a child, so I'm hoping that this setup will last for quite some time as well.
Lastly the obligatory apology for any grammar error I've made. English is not my first language, but I hope it's readable. Thanks for helping!

The NH-U12A is quite expensive and a single-tower cooler. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE would be better; if it bumps against a RAM stick, move the front fan up (the case has space for 25 mm more).
I'd recommend a motherboard with B850 chipset, e.g., Gigabyte B850 Eagle ICE or ASRock B850 Steel Legend.

I can see the argument for the peerless assassin. If it is about as quiet as the other one, it's a good money saver. I don't really see the advantage of an 850 board? The 650 does everything I need, doesn't it? Or am I missing anything?

A dual-tower cooler like the Peerless Assassin can move more heat at the same noise level.
B850 boards usually have a PCIe 5.0 GPU slot. In practice, this makes a measurable but not noticeable difference.
