We strive to keep /r/flying as commercial-free as possible. That means that we don't allow postings for jobs.

damn that resume is stacked, crazy mix of mil, gov and corporate. id start pinging operators directly, small 135s, helo ems, utility, government contract outfits, plus a recruiter or two that actually do aviation. get on linkedin hard. even with your background it’s rough finding anything decent right now

Thanks, Just a worker-bee who took a few years off from full time flying in order to stabilize the family.

Ah that lack of recent flying time could be holding you back unfortunately. I struggled a bit after taking some time off flying to live abroad with my now wife and wasn't able to just pick up where I left off.
Lots of the job postings that you may be otherwise qualified for want to see 50 hours PIC in the last 6 months for their insurance.

Thanks, I appreciate the comment. I do have that recent PIC, albeit most of it in my Geronimo.

Damn, if this guy can’t get a job, what hope is there for the rest of us?
Baystate411@reddit
This is a pretty run of the mill military resume. Some stuff is just cool points that don't have any bearing on civilian flying
RMiller4292@reddit
How many hours in the last 12 months?
Reasonable_Group_746@reddit (OP)
111.0
Murphy0317@reddit
Where do you have a legal right to work? 😂
Reasonable_Group_746@reddit (OP)
No restrictions
Used_Shower3984@reddit
That's not a correct answer to the question. Do you have a US passport then?
Reasonable_Group_746@reddit (OP)
Yes
freedomflyer12@reddit
AMO?
Reasonable_Group_746@reddit (OP)
Applied there several years ago. Things got squirrelly after I was told I passed the initial polygraph.
BagOfMoneyNoChange@reddit
Bro just uploaded his resume to reddit lol
Used_Shower3984@reddit
Where have you applied? This board might have some tips for you, but I doubt you'll find actual job postings in the comments of this post.
Reasonable_Group_746@reddit (OP)
Applied to some large air ambulance companies. I will look at the board. Thanks
