I hope these are a success so bad, as well as proper Linux firmware support. I use an Air as my laptop, it’s alright but I severely miss Linux at times.
SomeoneBritish@reddit
What do you miss about Linux?

External display support + external GPU support. Mac OS is horrible if you have a 1440p display.

M2 Air here, I have issues running a 1080p/100hz second-screen. Works great at 60hz.

TheRealLiviux@reddit
You can't copy and paste those three clicks. Nor you can put them into a scheduled script.

But you feel so cool doing it.

I'm pretty sure there will be Linux support from the very first day, as this platform was built with Linux in mind and Windows as an afterthought.
Problems with Windows support have been the main issue for delaying the release of new laptops and desktops containing these chips.
