GPU for low powered PC

I have a Legion T530 28icb with an i5 8400, 8gb DDR4 RAM and a 1050ti. I wanted to upgrade my gpu to a better one. The problem is that my PSU wattage is 280w. Also, the 1050ti doesn't require external power, but the cable is available for future upgrades i guess. It doesn't have to be a beast but still better than what i have. I found that 1650 or 3050 (i know these aren't great, but still better) could be the ones, but i wanted someone's else's opinion.
Other stuff that could be relevant for the power needs is a micro-atx motherboard (i guess), 72k rpm drive, dvd-rw player.
(Sorry for bad english)

If your PSU doesn’t have extra power connectors, then the 3050 is probably the best you can drop in. Just keep in mind you’ll need the 6GB version, since most 8GB models require external power.
The 1650 isn’t really worth it — it’s only a small upgrade over the 1050 Ti and still below something like a 1060, so I wouldn’t bother.
That said, if you can, it might be worth considering a full system upgrade at some point — the platform is already ~8 years old.

On top of a rtx 3050 6gb try to drop in another 8gb of memory.

Yes, i will definitely upgrade but now i can't. I saw that gpu prices in my area weren't so bad. The extra power connector is there, i don't really know how much i can push it with the wattage requirement if i went with a 3060 or something else.

I own an RTX 3060 and it consumes around 170W, so it's gonna be too much for your PSU.
