What's the most recommended place to live for a young man that works in Logistics and want to leave east Anglia and start a new life?

I have been living in Ipswich for nearly 5 years but to be fair, I feel stuck in my life. about jobs, life perspective and all kinds of stuff. and I think that one of the reasons for that is the place that I live. but I don't know / where to looking for places to search for a new start on my Life.
so, any ideas about that are welcome.
thank you

If you are under 35 you can use Working Holiday Visas to travel the world.

Easy to blame the place when it could be something else. I’m originally from near there and I couldn’t wait to escape it as a young man and I lived in several other countries. So I get it. But I now return there every now and then, and there is so much to recommend it. It’s got amazing countryside and access to London, the parks are well kept, people are friendly on the whole.
It might be worth changing some friends around, getting different perspectives, and approaching jobs and goals differently as a result?

I have been to different places in the UK, Norwich and Canterbury for example to see the places and enjoy the weekend. And Idk why I feel some kind of hopeless when i am where I am for example. The town is going downhill, the night life is terrible and the public Services don't work properly.

Broadly speaking it's the same everywhere. Public Services are vastly over stretched. I'm not saying don't move, just dampen your expectations.
It may be worth seeking assistance from NHS talking therapies. It could be the area yes, but it could be you.

Is it really the place that is the problem?

Yes, it's. I thought it wasn't, but actually it's related.
