So I got this phone for free today, but the side button and top button for the back are jammed so after a lot of prying and fighting I finally got the side button off or so I thought, is this a fake or am I just stupid

it's kind of 20 years old phone so it's vintage, and it has more computing power than any computer from the 80's

Was that a side button? I thought that was where the slot where battery charging and ear jack went into.

Pop the back off and see if the label say something about it being a demo model, or if it's missing battery pins.
Also yeah not really this sub, but vintage handhelds might be into it
