Orbea Rise - Issues mounting EP8 motor - Help with removing endless turning of one screw

Hi all,
After removing the EP8 motor from the Orbea Rise H (aluminium frame) to install a light (which Orbea doesn't recommend - but is needed in my country), I messed up the mounting part. One screw turns out to be turning endlessly. My analysis shows that the mounting part of the EP8 got ripped off the motor and the screw is now locked in place, because there is no resistant. Probably the bushings was falling down during installation of the motor, which ripped out the mounting of the motor during installation (didn't use a torque handle at this point - that would have been the next step - 12nm). I used loctite during installation, which doesn't help to get it out.
[Bushing between frame and motor probably dropped during installation]()
[left side is the mounting loosen from the motor, right side the screw which turns endlessly]()
Can anyone think of a way to fixate the inner part of the mounting to loosen the screw outside? I can't remove the motor, because it stucks on between mounting and screw (through the frame). I think the space doesn't suit a plier, but maybe there are special tools to reach the mounting to hold it?
Thank you for your support and feedback.
PS: Yes, I should have let the dealer do the work, but I never expected this kind of trouble

So my rise had the same issue.. Were you able to get this resolved? did you have to drill the old bolt out or once loosened up did it end up coming out?

I had to drill it out and order new spacer from orbea.

Ok that's easy enough, thank you
