Don’t get me wrong. I love a good marionette, but not for $12k.

Lol that's like the Coachella version of the $11.5k WWE Clash in Italy package where you can cook Spaghetti with a midcard wrestler.

The only group on that list I would pay money to see is The Strokes, and I could see them by themselves for like $100.

They played at Coachella in 2011 and the singer was drunk complaining about how they weren’t the headliner and they were ragging on Arcade Fire for being the headliner… it was odd… the music was good though.

The drug trafficker?

I went in 06 and 07. It was amazing!!! No social media, influencers... no one cared what you were wearing and just enjoyed the music.

I know Madonna was there in 06 because my friend couldn’t stop talking about it.

Remember when she did the Super Bowl halftime show and she declared world peace?

So, who opened the show, the puppets or Spinal Tap?
radioflea@reddit (OP)
A little of both I believe

I mean, is there an act you would spend 12K for?
I'm not paying that kind of money for anything other than housing and healthcare. But as far as performances go, those puppets look pretty neat.

Wtf? I just don't get the appeal of Coachella.

I feel like it’s a fast fashion show now. I don’t understand the appeal to standing in a field of dust in 90 degree heat. At least at the festivals inception in 99 the weather was a little more bearable and the bands were actually good.
