Recommendations?

Looking for the cheapest ebike that can reliably carry a 110 lb. rider at least 20 miles on a single charge. I've seen some well-reviewed low-end Chinese bikes, but since their batteries aren't certified I can't get them shipped here.

Make sure you get something that fits you.
Range is dramatically impacted by riding conditions. Rider weight (which you have covered at only 110lbs), wind, hills, speed and assist level can conspire to cut your distance in half or greater.
As long as you want to go at bicycle speeds (10-15mph) and do at least a decent portion of the work (say pedal assist 2), almost all e-bikes can hit 20 miles on a full charge.
