In-state college + Part 61 vs 141 (R-ATP)

I’m a senior in high school and finishing my PPL right now at a Part 61 school.
I have the option to go to a 141 program like MTSU (I have a in-state tuition rate ), or go to a cheaper in-state college ( tuition paid for but would have to pay for housing) and do my flight training Part 61 on the side.
I’m trying to figure out what’s actually the fastest way to get to the airlines.
Is the R-ATP really worth it or can I get to 1500 just as fast doing Part 61 if I stay consistent?
Also do 141 schools slow you down at all with scheduling or not really?
My main goal is speed

Also look at posts regarding Part 61 vs. Part 141. You will spend less in a 61 school and become a better pilot.

Not necessarily, look at TNflygirl

There’s nothing fast in this industry at the moment unfortunately

141 did have some FAA lower requirements to go commercial, but that was over 10 years ago.

1) why do you care what the fastest route is you are a kid, chill out
2) read the commonly asked questions this is literally a daily question

Use the search function this question is asked every day 5 times a day. There is currently no fast track to the airlines.
