Is anyone struggling with life right now?

I don't know how I am going to get past or to Monday. Monday is a big thing for me. I can't say why but it feels like it will make or break the rest of my life. I hope it's not as bad as what my mind is concocting. I hope you are good wherever you are.

There's a fairly decent chance I might be made redundant in the next month or two and the job market is currently rubbish. I've applied for some roles but with the number of likely applicants for each one, it's possible I may not even hear back from the application.
It's affecting my mental health quite badly. I think I am probably struggling, yes.

No life problems. It's to do with my parents. I hate this feeling. It's whether mum's life is shorter than it's already predicted.

Yeah I've been there before. You're mind is always thinking of the worst case scenario, rather than what is realistic. Try and avoid those thoughts if you can, and focus on enjoying the present.
