• 6+ years experience in IT Infrastructure & MSP environments

• Azure AD / Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Intune

• Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

• RMM tools: ConnectWise, Autotask, N-Central, etc.

• Security tools: SentinelOne, Huntress, ThreatLocker

• Backup: Acronis, Veeam (basic)

• VPN, firewall, user onboarding/offboarding

• Troubleshooting L1/L2/L3 issues (remote users & servers)

What I'm looking for:

• Remote IT Support Engineer

• MSP Engineer

• Azure / Cloud Support

• System Administrator

• Professional Services Engineer

I'm open to full-time / contract / freelance opportunities.
