What is this? Disease or fungus?

Hi everyone! I was recently looking at these jellies… I’ve never seen any jellyfish with tissue that looks like this? Is it a fungus/disease?

That would be a reproductively active female moon. Often we see the females gonads looking like that after a large spawning event with the males

Fairly certain those are just moon jelly gonads.
