How are we feeling with my build?

So my laptop's GPU got fried, and the cost of repair was almost half of what the laptop was worth. I'm thinking about jumping to a PC, and I've made a build, but I'm not sure about some of the parts I've picked.

I'm from Turkey, and I'll use this PC for mostly gaming, sometimes for CAD applications and physics simulations. Those don't really need a hefty CPU, my aforementioned laptop could do those, and it has a Intel I7-11600H. My budget is about 1500$, although part prices are often not the same in Turkey. For example, part A can be cheaper than part B in the US; but sometimes it's the other way around in Turkey. I'll happily look up the price of any component if you want me to. My main goal is to get the most bang out of my buck, and I might upgrade the GPU in about 3-4 years.

I'm worried about these parts; Motherboard: I'm not very knowledgeable about motherboards, so I've just picked one that's compatible and in the B series. Would this be enough?

RAM: With the RAM crisis starting to wane, I'm thinking about getting just 1x16GB stick of RAM, then getting another (of the same make and model, ofc) when prices are calmer. Would be a hell of a bottleneck, but at least I would save maybe 50 to 75$ out of a 1400$ setup, so 3 to 5% cheaper.

Storage: I already have 2 M.2 SSD's and a SATA 6Gb/s SSD. I'm thinking about using them on this new build as well, to save money on having to buy storage. The only problem is, to use these SSD's I'd have to buy a mobo that has slots for at least 1 SATA 6 GB/s and 2 M.2's.

GPU: AFAIK, the B580 is a great GPU for it's price. However Intel being Intel, I'm not really sure on this decision. The benchmarks and comparisions online look nice, but I'd like to know if getting this would be wise.

I think that's all, if I missed anything by chance, please ask!
