The bananas and ground turkey work really well together, bowl of cereal and blueberry protein shake, hella dairy here but fk it we ball. Also is the sub shittyfood porn or shitty foodporn, been thinking about this for a while and it's bugging me. Which word do I stress!!

I lift hard and eat a lot of protein.. I never understood why this type of meals trying to cram every single bit of protein into it and turning into slop

😠everyone thinks my food looks nasty but most of the time I'm just cooking with the things ik I'll eat. I don't normally mix ingredients so Ive just been experimenting with flavors, only made 2 nasty meals so far the rest were either delicious or just edible

No no, each thing looks somewhat fine individually. It's just why eat all of that at once haha

eating feels like more of a chore for me than a necessity, which means I tend to just stop eating because I'm tired of chewing instead of stopping because I'm full. So I like to mix them together so that there's not so much to eat. I don't snack throughout regardless of hunger, so these gross little concoctions are pretty much what I eat cause I'd rather starve than take whatever amount of time I'd need to cook a decent meal.
also I just can't cook😅

Fair enough. I can't relate, I normally eat 5 meals a day so my protein needs are spread out.

you should try frying the banana with the turkey. One of my favourite slop meals is beef mince fried with banana slices and ketchup

Naaaur.... Ketchup???
SupermarketFit2158@reddit
to balance the sweetness from the banana yes

Ketchup is also sweet 😞??
SupermarketFit2158@reddit
its tangy and sweet

I'm going to try that but probably without the ketchup
