They're better but it doesn't really matter. Milled receivers are uber strong. Battlefield Vegas had a thread on Arfcom and in there mentioned that they've never had an Arsenal milled receiver crack and those have a few hundred thousand rounds on them. In comparison they said all stamped AKs crack I think around 100k rounds. But still - 100k rounds means the gun probably outlasts you, your kids, and your grandkids. So is milled better? Yeah. Will you ever be able to tell the difference? I'd say probably not and neither would the next generation of family members.

These were $1500 in 2020 and as an owner of one, I think that’s all the money (you can find them used for this or less). It’s is significantly nicer fit and finish wise than a WASR but I have a WASR underfolder I still prefer to shoot over this.

Arsenal's market strategy has always been to be more expensive than everyone else so you know it's premium, and this is one of their higher end options. When base AKs went from 600 to 900 arsenal had to follow.

Well, it’s probably very close to if not over a 3 MOA 10 shot rifle unless you can find some nice ammo.

AKs are cool. I have two. Then I grew out of it and wanted to started making shots easier, further out.
