Getting error 30015-2056 (32) on multiple computers. Tried odt tool and can’t download. I think cdn issue but can’t find any outage online
notoriousfvck@reddit
I thought our helpdesk was going crazy, multiple machines through ODT.

Holy shit I wish I saw this in the morning. I thought it was an issue with one of the computers we had so I told someone we had to replace it.

This is why not offering a full offline installer is a bad idea. But what do I know? It's not like I've been doing this professionally for twenty years now.
Frothyleet@reddit
They do, just not packaged as like a single MSI. There's nothing stopping you from doing O365 app installs fully offline.
Kraziel2530@reddit
If you have a personal 365 account you can get one. Hint it works for pro installs too. Downside is it's a 6gb iso
Frothyleet@reddit
Or, you can just do it the right way, and use the ODT to download the install files to the destination of your choice.

Due to the nature of our environment I had to do everything offline. It was a giant pain lol
xCharg@reddit
What's the pain in running setup.exe /download config.xml once where there is internet and then running setup.exe /configure config.xml later on completely offline?
TheVillage1D10T@reddit
I tried that way first…
The devices that are allowed to access the servers in our environment have permissions that are locked down so we aren’t able to run any setup commands. We are also not allowed to use any outside devices either, so we were just given an iso and told to figure it out.
The pain in the ass for me was getting the xml file right to get the deployment to work in our environment using the iso file. It was just random error after error. I’d get one resolved and then run in to another.
I’m sure someone smarter than me would’ve figured it out more quickly….but the other two guys on my team just threw their hands up and gave it to me because I’m stubborn I guess.

There is a way to install things offline using the ODT and a configuration XML file and iso file. It was a pain in the ass to figure out, but worked. The. You have to go through the offline activation but it works.
genericuser642@reddit
It's a command line switch on setup.exe and you can create all the offline installs you want... Once the cdn comes back up. Lul.
anonymousITCoward@reddit
You can set ODT not to delete the install files and keep a copy locally, then tell ODT to pull from that instead of online... the first few times is a PITA to learn the proper syntax but once you've got a good base xml file to work with it's fairly production line. When I stopped doing deployments, i was toying with having a powershell script create the xml file, read the needed information from a csv file and process the whole thing for me... then it would, in theory be just another step in the automation cog.

Update. Now working in Western Canada.
2_FluffyDogs@reddit
Finally working for me now.
FIFAskills@reddit
Same here....

1:00 PM ET: ODT download is working for me again now
majalo22@reddit
Possibly related to Cloudflare issues. Lots of rerouting going on and current issue listed on status page:

After invoking Microsoft DMS endpoints I get HTTP 503 Errors.
Probably being routed through CDNs that use Cloudflare
wrootlt@reddit
Maybe a coincidence, but today in the office multiple people got No internet error in Teams when internet was working and when i was using Copilot it became very sluggish answering my prompts. Like 1 word in 10 seconds. I just went for a walk :D
blackjaxbrew@reddit
I still cannot download the latest installer
blackjaxbrew@reddit
I still cant download the latest installer
majalo22@reddit
Any chance the 503 result I've been seeing all day in the logs when trying to do an m365 ODT setup /download is related? I've ruled out just about every other network or device security blockage I can think of at this point.
Any_Educator1315@reddit
yes
Appropriate_Yak3331@reddit
East Coast seeing the same thing no office install will work.
m0nk3y42@reddit
got past the error and now it shows that it's installing. progress bar is moving. fingers crossed. Houston, TX CST
PrpleKoolAidMan@reddit
US east coast, I’ve had this issue all day. My phone hotspot worked to start and I plugged it in to our network and it finished installing, but I can’t kickstart all my installs like an old Harley.
t0ke@reddit
Same in Canada today, so far.
Adept_Company_9656@reddit
Por aqui também estou com o mesmo erro em Brasil
Grunger106@reddit
Yep - UK here, broken - AutoPilot deployments failing to install office via ODT
dcnjbwiebe@reddit
Confirmed, getting Error 0-2015 (2250) currently in Western Canada.
WetTowelSlap@reddit
Same issue for us. East Coast of Canada.
Both OfficeSetup.exe and ODT give Error 0-2015 (2250).
Villoki@reddit
Same problem on my side, multipe devices / connection or via my hotspot.
Try to setup.exe via Office365 Account or via ODT
TheSpiritKnight@reddit
Same issue here, though on a personal machine. This was the only report of the issue that I could find. I'm getting error 0-2015 (2250) as another commenter here.
Theimac74@reddit
It's not just me right? The installer from my O365 Apps page fails, so I tried the ODT and that fails too
WhyLater@reddit
I'm seeing the same thing, though we're getting Error 0-2015 (2250). Confirmed on multiple machines, multiple accounts, and both on our LAN and via my hotspot. Used both ODT and the OfficeSetup.exe.
SuperuserMax@reddit
Yea was the same for me about 2 hours ago.
Was gone shortly afterwards, installation went smoothly then.
