If they're fresh, they can be fried like just like in the pic or mixed with egg to make an omelet. There's probably more ways to use them but that's how we usually do it at home.

If they're bought dried, we call them lansang (literally translates to nails, like the construction material). Also fried to crispiness before serving.

Idk what it's called in other places in the Philippines. Can only speak for my own island.
