Netflix's scale is wild.... love seeing how they approach reliability and automation. If you're ever looking to build your own automation workflows (not just at Netflix scale!), tools like Needle (https://needle.app) let you chain together AI and APIs with natural language. Makes it way easier to experiment with automation ideas without a massive infra team.
