Any Advice? My lock cylinder has just completely decided to lock up so I could put my battery on and off, but I can't lock it into place. It's very fn annoying 🤬

Worth looking up if you could use a shim to remove the core and replace with a new one.
Could try some graphite lubricant to see if that loosens it up.
Could take to a locksmith and see if they can help.

I may try WD or Lubricant I just don't want to fk my battery up accidentally by something leaking down into somehow idk but once it went flying off my bike when I hit a Wv Pothole I decided I probably need to try & fix it

WD isn't ideal for locks but it also doesn't conduct electricity. I used to use it on my motorbike's spark plugs.

That's the damn aftermath when I hit a pothole it went flying off the bike & sliding down the asphalt so I covered all the scrapes up w electrical tape but yeah I def havta fix it bc I really didn't think a nice little hit would make it actually dislodge & fly off my bike 😅 Jesus

Try pressing down on it while turning. Maybe the latch is getting hung up inside there.

It's like you hit a brick wall it just dead stops & will not turn anymore

Spray some pb blaster in the key hole. Let it sit for a few minutes. Spray some pb blaster on the key and put it in the key hole. Start trying to work it open without breaking the key.

I've tried everything except this lol Like it's not life or death bc I can physically remove the battery off the bike still BUT I did hit a damn pothole (West Virginia roads) & the whole damn thing went sliding down the road so that made me decide I might need to try & fix this lock
