Are there any indications of power? Did you turn your power supply back on?

the psu is back on but there’s no signs of power

If theres no signs of power that means theres an issue with your power supply.
I know you said you looked already, but double check all cables - 24 pin, cpu especially - and on the power supply's end as well.
Is your power cable plugged into the wall?

Make sure your plugs are in tight. Had similar issue when upgrade friend from 3070 to 5070. Just unplug it all again and replug it back in. Sometimes the connections are loose. Also make sure the power button cord wasn't plugged. It usually under neath the graphics card and can be bumped too. Little tip next time. Make sure when you clean you hold the fans. Don't let them spin because they build electricity and can cause issues. Always better to be safe while cleaning.
