it ends the cities/states liability should one of those kids be killed...
Also this aint those kids rodeo doing this shit either. they ride like they wanna get hit. It literally shuts the bridge down and as i said above the liability is huge

Title and new story don’t seem to line up. Most of the bikes in the lockup are just normal kids bikes. There look to be three electric dirt bikes in the video, which would likely be illegal on the road anyways.
It seems to be about a group of kids riding bikes on the highway and blocking traffic. Stupid.
