Optimization for ryzen 5 3600 with RX7600 combo

Issue is simple on games like CoD BO Cold War as well as BF6 and BF5 i have weird lag going on,I'm pretty sure i did everything right in order to initialize the card and tweak everything right so there would be no bottleneck yet somehow any time I end up in 64 player game like escalation in BF6 it seams to tear the frames pretty bad,I even had some kill which would not show up as hit enemies for a second after I got note that I got them,not to mention Heli's
if anyone would have an advice I would love to hear it.

If you haven't enabled XMP (sometimes called D.O.C.P), then your RAM is running at a much slower speed than it's rated for. This will dramatically lower your performance.

Can't do it,probably beacuse I have one 16 gb and two 8gb ram
But I installed new 5 5600 cpu I'm good I guess

Frame tearing? You need a VRR monitor.
Enemy hit that does not show up? Sounds like internet latency issues.
BF6 also is a very CPU intense game, so for better frame times you need a faster cpu.
Man, there are multiple issues you might be facing. Not sure what you need to address with your description....
