i recently discovered them and have heard great things about them, are they really good and should i consider flying to greece to get my frozen ATPL, any better recommendations for countries/flight schools

You are probably better off finding an Indian flight school given that you would need to convert your licence to a DGCA one anyhow, and have zero chance at getting a flying job in Europe as an indian without the right to live and work there.
