Looking to get a new ebike only going to use it to get to work and back look for something that can support weight capacity 300. Maybe 350 looking for reliable. And a bike if people don’t mind working on.

I purchased an Electra Ponto Go a week ago and have been really enjoying it. It’s on sale for 2k right now. Check your local Trek bike shop, they’ll also work on it for you.

Veloctric discover 2 or 3. 440 lb weight capacity. Make sure a local bike shop will service, I had no issues with repairs in a western city at a local bike shop that sells them. I did get mine direct from Veloctric and they worked on it with no issues.

Look for a Kona Coco or a Kona Dew, 25 year warrantie on the frame and they use good quality components

I second the idea of going directly to a bike shop. Online bikes have too many variables. Plus the shops will probably let you do a test ride. I found that what I thought I wanted was not actually what I preferred when I started test riding.
The one piece I will give some guidance on is with a weight load like that (I'm heavier too) you can't trust the ranges and you'll probably want more torque and a higher powered motor. This forced me into more of a dirt bike looking bike than I wanted, but it allows me to commute without breaking a sweat, which is big for me because I wear a suit somedays and business professional the rest. There are some newer bikes that give the power I got without looking like a dirt bike but they weren't available when I purchased.
If I had to buy another I would look at Aventon and Segway Myon.

If you want someone to work on it in the future then you need to buy it from your local bike shop. They'll answer your questions and let you test ride all the bikes. It's really a no brainer. The only reason to buy a bike online is if it is definitely a brand that your local bike shop sells or if you want a cheapie that may be trashed tow first time the electronics fail.
