I spent around €1,095 building it. Is asking €1,249 a fair price for this setup in 2026?

No. Why would it be worth more than you paid for it? Even with increased ram and ssd prices, that would only account for maybe €100 more while everything else lost value. Worth €800-900 at most.

Greetings from Latvia, it is impossible to sell it for that amount of money. If really I'll not buy it for more than 900 with today ram prices.
