Building a PC for $900?

So I’m looking into starting a youtube channel soon and wondered if I could build a good gaming PC for $900 (if it’s cheaper than out right buying one). I want to start out with just cozy games but later get into bigger games (like Hogwarts legacy or Horizon Zero Dawn) once I can afford to upgrade the specs. (also I know nothing about PC’s so please don’t bully me) Just wondering if its possible and any recommendations on parts.

I would just build this:

Also, for 900$ish you could probably squeeze in a 5500x3D and 32gb of ram. This will be good enough to where you could do one good gpu upgrade in the future.
I would the prioritize getting the 5500x3D here or a 5600x/5700x combo with a 9060xt 16gb if you can afford it my friend.

Look into some costco builds, or if you're near a microcenter you can often buy display/returned models for HUGE discounts. I did a custom build like 8 months ago for $1400, and those same components are up to about $2300-2400 today if I were to rebuild the exact same. Same specs cost about 1500-1900 at Costco/Micro on new models, and I've seen em posted on here going for 900-1200 used/returned/display model/damaged shipping box.
