Recommend a texting service?

This is one of those cases where I’d value boring reliability over a giant feature list, since all you really need is clean customer notifications and a human being who answers when something breaks. Twilio and Telnyx are obvious places to look, but if Call͏Fire already burned you, I’d put more weight on onboarding and support than on API depth alone. Rumb͏leUp is worth a look for that reason, because for straightforward outbound updates it tends to feel less like you’re wiring together parts and more like something a normal ops team can actually keep running without drama.
