5070 vs. 4070 super, both are somewhat used

Hello, I come to you today with a dilemma I'm facing right now. I'm looking for a new card to replace my 3060 12gb which I already managed to sell.
Now I have found two listings first is 4070 super MSI Armor which was used since late 2024 only to play games, this one is for 1950pln(~440usd).
The second one is 5070 Ventus X2 OC that was turned only once, it was a replacement sent by MSI. It does not have original box, has a power adapter from 5080 and costs 2200pln(~610usd). I have also found one brand new 5070 for 2400pln (~600usd).
My specs are as follows CPU: 5700x, RAM: 32GB mismatched, running at 3000mhz, PSU: Endorfy 650w 80+ gold, MOBO: b450 Aorus Elite rev.2(PCI Express 3.0) and a 2k 144hz monitor.
Which one of these would you guys pick? I'm also open to different options, assuming they are available in my region. Thanks for all the help!

Brand new with warranty peace of mind is worth the price difference imo, plus a moderate speed boost aswell

If framegen and newer DLSS models don't matter to you then take the 4070 Super.
If you are trying to do any high fps competitive games then you don't need framegen

4070 super. it'll give you more *real* fps.

If you disable all AI features, they are very close I performance. The 4070 Super isn't any faster in raw performance.

I’ve been running a 4070 Super since launch at 1440p and it’s crushed everything I’ve thrown at it and only gotten better with DLSS improvements even if it isn’t getting every single new bell and whistle. It’s a great card, and I wouldn’t spend 150 more for a 5070

The 4070 Super is about 10% slower than the 5070. I wouldn't buy the 5070 with those price differences, but the 5070 would have longer support from Nvidia. The GTX 10 series stopped getting driver support last year, and that was almost ten years of support. I think a 4070 Super with five years of support is a good option.

For what do you need the GPU?Thanks.

Mostly games, maybe blender or video editing. No AI shenanigans

4070 super if you dont care about multi frame gen. But seeing a 144hz monitor, maybe you want the new 5070.
Ventus x2 is a shit tier cooler. I would not buy it.
I don't think mfg is worth 160$, so 4070Super it is.
