Airport suggestions for full 737 sim

As the title suggests I'm looking for advice for airports to perform landings at in a full movement 737 simulator. I'll have one hour in it. Looking for something dramatic, Innsbruck comes to mind.

there will only be a few airports that are full fidelity. all of the other airports are generic. runway - localizer glideslope...
If you want Innsbruck, you'll need to find a simulator that specifically is used for Innsbruck training.

This- if the airport is not modeled in the SIM, it’s just going to be a generic runway at that location with little to no features. But if these are in the database-
Some fun ones I’ve done is the Parkway visual 13L/R into JFK.
Roaring Fork Visual Rwy 15 ASE

our CRJ sim had a Aspen database. it allowed us to do the LOC/DME-15 into ASE and do the LOC missed out of there
the sim instructor didn’t even put us in the clouds. just shooting the approach as published showed us how close to the terrain we’d get when we were right on the localizer and recommended altitudes on the 4.55 degree final approach segment glidepath.
then do the missed approach single engine. where the plane had just enough performance to barely clear the terrain.
wasnt enough time with all of the training (single engine departure from 34. windshear departing 34 / GPWS escape from 15) to do the Roaring Fork visual to 15.

scariest thing ive ever done in an airplane was windshear after takeoff at ASE in a CRJ sim lol

True.
We got wind shear off 34 in real life.
in the sim when you switch from takeoff to wind shear and you start calling Radar altimeter in the sim the ground is “flat” so it’s easy to see when you are “winning” when the radar altimeter climbs
But in real life there’s a gully off the departure end of 34. If youre in level flight the ground slopes downwards away from you and so the radar altimeter will read a “climb” away from the ground. Which is true. the airplane isn’t climbing in altitude. The terrain is dropping away from the aircraft.
After you cross the gully. The radar altimeter then reads an increasing rate of descent towards the ground all while the plane continues to stay at the same altitude.
Make that turn to 340 and continue to fly down the valley while fighting the wind shear. It will be all over soon one way - you get out of wind shear - or the other - you collide with the mountain because you forgot the turn from 340 to 270 because you got preoccupied with wind shear.

DCA challenge of taking off 1 doing a loop around the Washington monument and landing 19 is pretty fun if the sim has the scenery for it.

philly hat trick

Bro you’re gonna get to go to Memphis

Most sims only have a few airports programmed in.

If it is a true level d, it has 5 or 6 airports...

Catalina Island.

And Johnson Creek.

Madeira is another one to give it a go.
