Watching Richard struggle with those crutches in the airport while James just shuffled along with his tiny suitcase was peak Grand Tour. The "struggling Hammond" era had some of the best banter because Jeremy and James showed absolutely zero mercy.
Nah, a lot of TV shows and movies have their soundtracks listed on various websites - in this case, I used IMDb. Ignored "The Grand Tour Theme", and checked out the first unfamiliar option (so no songs I already know, and nothing from a band or artist I know performs in a different genre) on YouTube, skimmed through it when it sounded like it might be building to something, and it was the right one.

I honestly think It was both though. There's something in the back of my mind about the trip with the "man love rules ok" cars that rings a bell too.
