What's the name of the bike? Sometimes in settings (P08 iirc) you can change the speed limit.

It is the burchda kd926 display but its locked in p4 and cant go to any other setting

Need flashing to unlock, unfortunatelly is really dificult to find. Brand will not reveal it, need to install a brand new without locking: Try with this: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_EJVF3Ti

have you tried looking for a speed limiter wire? most controllers have one you can disconnect to unlock the full speed, usually a blue or white wire.

You would need to be able to reprogram it.
Either you can find instructions online as to how to change the settings via the display, or you get a USB-Display cable adapter and the company's own proprietary reprogramming software.
Option 2 is an almost immediate bust as most controller manufacturers wouldn't ever give you access.
The you'll need to google either the name of your bike or the display brand & "settings change" or "Speed unlock".
If nothing comes up, then you're shit out of luck
