pretty good build! i would recommend arctic p12/p14 pro, they are cheap and powerful with a 6 year warranty. also, get a 280/360mm or higher aio, the 9800x3d runs very hot and an air cooler might struggle. try to get cl30 ram if possible. also, get a 2tb drive, please, 1tb is not enough anymore and you will need to upgrade soon, also the 990 pro is overpriced, i recommend the crucial t500 which is usually significantly cheaper, so try to get the 2tb version of that

seems good! i would maybe recommend getting something like the arctic liquid freezer iii pro 360mm aio, as thats generally both the best performing and one of the cheaper options, but they all perform within a couple degrees of each other. as for fans, the fractal north comes with 2x 140mm front fans, and you'll be using a 360/280mm rad on top, so just 1x 120mm rear fan should be fine and will pretty much max it out, it doesnt say it supports bottom fans. or you could get a case like the corsair frame 5000d that has great airflow, or the antec flux pro has a similar wood asthetic to the fractal north, but the north is perfectly fine if the asthetic is important to you

well there are alternatives, maybe the be quiet power zone 2 or msi mpg a-gs (like the a1000gs, a850gs, a1250gs etc), those are similar specs, although the msi is slightly less efficient, but they are a bit more expensive but if you can find prices then they are a good option

i found the be quiet power zone 2 with a price and that should be it thank you so much for all the help!

no problem! let me know if you want any more help! with the gpu, do you need/want nvidia, or would you be open to amd? because theres a couple of amd options to get equal fps for less, or get more performance for about the same price, as long as you dont need cuda, ray tracing, tensor cores etc
Parking-Performer989@reddit (OP)
Ok I’ll check it out thanks

if you do go amd, the 9070 xt is slightly weaker than 5070 ti, almost the same, but for less money, or the 7900 xtx is slightly better in raster and has 24gb vram, not that you really need that much, but amd is behind in ray tracing especially
