this is the thing that men only think. I get that idea behind it is to not get cocky. but every hit leaves a mark in the brain. So this titual would make people more stupid and damaged in no time.And women are more fragile, it would just do more harm for them. Five years is too long so I propose that the time frame gets shorter depending on one's behavior. I know some people who would require more than once every five years.
