Look at Sherwin Williams, they have great benefits as well as a pension. Who offers that anymore?

I work for them. they’re pretty cool. since I started january 16th i’ve made 21,000 as a company driver. no inward facing cameras. 70 on the pedal and cruise. I almost 3000 miles every week. night and day dispatch is amazing. 2 free truck washes a month. you can get fuel whenever is on their fuel map. most 2024 and up trucks. peterbilts and kenworths only tbh they have a couple volvos but they are getting rid of them soon.

Hello, could you be knowing if they are hiring dispatchers too.?

Thanks you so much. Where do you run mostly? Drop and hook mostly or waiting at docks 4 hours? Again thank you for your help.

Have you taken any time off since you started?

I got hit up by them a while back, 1099 position only. Stay away from 1099s.

What’s wrong with 1099s?

In addition to having to pay your own taxes, you’re a contractor and you don’t have the protections company drivers have.

The higher pay is cap. The money comes from not withholding taxes or benefits like health insurance thst would be cheaper to bundle and pay for
