[PARTS] KE Arms Billet Lower Blowout Continues 40-50% Off
Posted by SinistralRifleman@reddit | gundeals | View on Reddit | 40 comments
Our Billet Blow Out Sale Continues. Billet Receivers are marked down 40-50% from MSRP. Coupon codes will not work on these items as they are already heavily discounted.
Why are we blowing these out? This inventory was all made during the 2020-2021 Gun Rush and has been sitting here since. Its time to clear floor space and reinvest in other new products.
Limited to while supplies last: PDQ Milled KP-15s are now sold out, and we will not be making more with that feature so long as that part is off the market.
Use code FAST20 for everything else not already discounted

It would be so awesome if you made a Colt mag lower.glock mag lowers or finicky in my opinion, wrong feed angle for smg
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
I disagree, over 25 years of using PCCs, Glock Mags are more reliable.

Hahn Precision makes a Colt mag block, there’s no reason to make a dedicated Colt mag lower https://hahn-precision.com/ke-arms-9mm-adapter/
buckandroll@reddit
Did u start running antiwalk pins after that match?
buckandroll@reddit
Well Damn! That ran well. I own an FM9 glockmag lower. When it runs it runs like a champ and the lrbho is the cat's ass. But the mag feed height is inconsistent and low and often misfeeds jkp or fp fmj. And it beats regular fmj up by denting the bullet at the intersection of the cone and annulus. I am sending it back for warranty work. My guess is that the plastic mag catch just isn't up to the heat and vibration of supersafety firing. It used to feed everything great including HST when it was new. I own at least 30 glockmag funsticks, no glock pistols, and no colt mags so maybe I will have to try out your glockmag lower before spending up for another lower and KVP colt mag conversion and a bunch of colt mags.
Theoretically though the feed angle of colt mags is better, shallower and designed for smg not pistol? What do you think the reason is that your glockmag lower fails to feed less often than your previous coltmag conversions?
Also, being highshelf I cannot use supersafety tho right?
buckandroll@reddit
Which of your products do you recommend for a Colt mag conversion ar9 pistol? Note that I'm going to be using a super safety trigger so I need the low shelf. My ideal would be a complete lower, but I'm going to be replacing the receiver extension with either an A5 extension or a big long jrc 8.5" extension. Trying to suss out if I should get a stripped lower since I can replace the receiver extension anyway. Or is it more economical to get the complete lower?
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
All KEA receivers have high shelf fire control pockets.
KEA lowers were not designed with consideration of Forced Reset Triggers, Super Safeties, Binary Triggers, or any other rate of fire increasing device or trigger.
We have not tested any of these devices in the KE-15, KE-9, KP-15, or KP-9.
Any use of these devices in KEA receivers is at the end user's own risk.
We fully support your right to own whatever manner of small arms you desire; nonetheless for legal liability reasons we cannot endorse or approve the use of these devices in our firearms.
buckandroll@reddit
Ok thanks
buckandroll@reddit
The ke9 is high shelf, Therefore there's no room for a super safety lever to move?

Worried_Fudge_4968@reddit
Any plans for a lower that accepts scorpion mags?
QuasisteIlar@reddit
YES lol. FYI wraithworks makes one, but I'm not sure about compatibility with standard uppers (and mat9k uppers, which I think many would love to build their own lower for).
red_dead_revengeance@reddit
The wraithworks lower is compatible with the Mat9 upper with some filing, if you search the Matador Arms sub you’ll find it (I’d link but I’m on mobile)
MezzanineMan@reddit
It doesn't have compatibility with standard uppers, it's the reason it isn't more prevalent. Though Wraithworks does have free plans on how to modify uppers to work with their lower if anyone is so inclined with their tools and gear.
JOEYballsGOTTI@reddit
God please for the vibes
Siege9929@reddit
Got a couple of KP-15 PDQ lowers and "milled" them for the Sig Ambi release, they're awesome. Lightest and most ergo AR I own.
kaloozi@reddit
FYI FAST20 does not lower the $500,000 KP-10 investment. Idk why anyone would want to but I had to check
RahSpamIntensifies@reddit
There goes my weekend plans
big_guwop_1017soicy@reddit
Can vouch heavily for their 9mm AR lower. Amazing build quality, and out of the seven or so different glock mag lowers I've owned in the past, KE Arms is my favorite and it wasn't even really close. The ergos are *chefs kiss*.
LinuxMyTaco@reddit
Aren’t they normally around the $140 mark though? I swear I was looking at these the other day.
Non LRBHO lowers generally sit in the 120 range so 140 does not feel like 40-50% off to me. I picked up my EPC9 for $99 in November and that felt like a deal.
If the KE9 was $70-80 I’d pick one up for sure that would be a steal. But for $10-20 more than 140 I can get an FM9 with LRBHO so idk about this
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
Your "normal" is a depressed market with bankruptcy prices everywhere.
Normal price on these in a healthy market was the MSRP listed on the site. Thousands were sold to distributors at the prices I am retailing them at now; essentially making a 10% profit margin on the raw materials and machine time involved in producing them.
Anyone selling a billet lower for the prices you are claiming is doing the equivalent of driving their car with payments on it to deliver for door dash. They are running their machines into the ground with the hopes they'll survive long enough for the next gun rush.
JokersKnight@reddit
Now while I won’t disagree with your logic and trust your opinion/take on that. The reality is to the end consumer as long as the quality is reasonably the same, the price is what matters not the longevity or profit margin of the dealer.
That’s my unfortunately cold hearted opinion. We all have a bottom line and that’s to maximize the money in our own pockets at the end of the day. For us it’s through the most savings, for dealers it’s making sure they are profitable.
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
Enjoy it while it lasts.
big_guwop_1017soicy@reddit
It’s been years since I got mine, so I wouldn’t be able to give you an exact answer in regard to price.
In regard to LRBHO, I can see where that would be a sore spot. I run a monstrosity prototype side charging upper on this I got from a machinist/FFL friend who was developing it back around 2022 that ended up never making it to market.
When it comes to AR-9s, especially running FRTs/Super safeties I’ve found there’s always going to be a give and a take if you want them to run properly. The goofy system I’ve got on this lower works for me, but it ain’t for everyone.
WarlockEngineer@reddit
Damn those are pretty cool. I do love that flare on my KP15
jjoshuare@reddit
Just took delivery of my flared magwell KE15 lower yesterday, could not be happier with it out of the box, it’s beautiful and finishing was perfect. I’m going to build the lower out this weekend and get it all put together.
mavric91@reddit
Will RTS triggers be restocked any time soon?
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
I am at the mercy of sub contractor suppliers, and it’s whenever they get around to making more.
mavric91@reddit
Okay thanks. Also do you sell stripped slick uppers? I ordered the blem with charging handle ones but I was bummed it didn’t have KE markings or numbering on the rail.
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
Inventory is low and being saved for complete builds.
mavric91@reddit
Okay I’ll just do my best with a sharpie then
RP343@reddit
Low shelf? Anybody know how well these play with FRT/SS?
SinistralRifleman@reddit (OP)
None of our lowers are low shelf.
RP343@reddit
Thanks for the heads up!
