Forgetting and rediscovering food I like. Like I forget toasts exists and remember its a thing and eat tonnes of it. Recently been eating boiled eggs(runny yolk) forgot it used to be one of my favourite things used to eat it as a kid when visiting my grandparents.

Really love cold drinks (glass and cans) also the sound of opening cans is nice.

Really fresh clean bedding feels extra nice and comfy.

My ice cold shower after a long hot and sweaty walk (~17km, all around Richmond Park) was truly wonderful today.

I also enjoyed a really delicious cold apple juice.

Now I just need some kind of food such as chocolate or pizza. These are my simple pleasures today.
