There was an ongoing argument on how bad this really is. I'm on team= it looks too damn raw and the opposition is= it's fine if it's cooked through. ಠ⁠﹏⁠ಠ Figured I'd leave it here and see what guys on here think. Sadly, I was on the losing side.

Wouldn’t still have pink in the liquid if it was cooked. The fluid will turn grey. This is basically raw.

You're right, the chicken is cooked. It doesn't look good, but it's opaque and white/grey/brown.

I thought maybe the center of the plate is red as well as whatever little chilli redness is in the oil and cooking liquid.

This is literally poison. I have worked as a professional line cook and this is a wild violation of proper food handling practices. Like, instant firing and hope there is no lawsuit violation. The opposition in this case is for real too stupid to live. To anyone who ate this, good luck. It doesn’t necessarily have salmonella swarming in it, but if not it has nothing to do with being cooked out of it.

I have to take a break from the internet after this. I am shaken by the knowledge of someone dumb enough to think this is cooked.
