Ryzen 9 9950x3d ddr5 5200 Compatibility ?

Hi guys,
In my current PC I have four 16GB DDR5 @ 5200MHz RAM modules, for a total of 64GB.
I've read that the ideal RAM for the Ryzen 9950X3D processor would be 6000MHz RAM in a two-module configuration.
Could I run into problems if I install my current RAM in a Ryzen 9950X3D?
According to the motherboard specifications, they're compatible, but several posts mention potential issues.
Thanks so much !

AMD has only officially validated current AM5 CPUs to support RAM speeds of 3600 across 4 sticks.
It MIGHT work. But you're playing the silicon lottery here.
Most people running 4 sticks on AM5 have been able to hit 5200 and 5600, but those hitting 6000 on 4 sticks is not very common.

I highly doubt that you will run into any problems.
If you do have stability problems it is most likely because AMD isn't very good at handling 4 sticks, 2 is usually much more stable. You can try to update the bios and see if stability improves.

yes you will have no problem running with 5200 ram, it will be slower of course than 6000, but not really noticeable

It’s plenty compatible, you’re just getting a few percentage performance loss over running 2 sticks at 6000MT/s CL30. It won’t really matter a whole lot.
