Demanding games keep crashing

Hey everyone, looking for some help
For the past couple months my games crashes while playing (mostly the demanding ones). Just the game crashes not my pc and it sometimes takes between 5mins - 1 hour of gaming for it to crash. My gpu and cpu temps while gaming are 65-75, vram usage is also average 6gb. I did a couple of benchmarks/stress test, however my pc worked perfect.
Some of the games are : MSFS 24, Battlefield 6, Squad, NFS Unbound, BG3, GTA 5
i7 12700k
RTX 3070
32gb ram
Evga 850w psu

I had a very similar issue, all simpler overlays/programs reported temps slightly higher than yours. But when i checked in gpu-z it reported hot spot temps at over 100 fairly quickly after putting it under load. Redid the pads and paste and it worked until I got an upgrade.

Totaly normal tempo for hotspot

Ok, but re applying paste and pads lowered the hotspot significantly and also made the cars stable. Maybe there was some other issue with my card that had an accident fix when taking it apart and putting it back together.
It was also a terrible quality 3080, I think it was from a Lenovo pre built originally.

i got 93-105 in hot spot while gaming. is that normal?

Its not abnormal no

Some basic occt large fft's or memory test specicaly is pretty hard to pass finds errors quick i would start by doing a clean instal of the drivers using ddu to properly uninstal and instal a freshy

It could be the ram not getting enough voltage. Mine would used to also crash on demanding games and realized that the ram just wasn't getting the correct voltage. After I changed it to the correct voltage my games no longer crashed. Just search your ram kit and it should show what the proper voltage should be.

I'd do a memory test if you claim your stress tests on the CPU/GPU went fine.
Download memtest86 and follow the instructions to boot to it and run it on the RAM. If it is failing, it will be accessing erroneous addresses, which would cause crashes.
Can you also find the logs for the games that keep crashing and upload it somewhere?
