52v 1500w unrideable motor issues

Bike was working fine then suddenly started jaggering and stopped working, in the video I am going full throttle anyone know what this could be?? All help appreciated

Impossible to tell with out checking voltages.
It could be the motor, and since you were riding it when you had the issue it's more likely.
It could be the ESC.
It could be the hall effect / speed sensor.
It could be a weird presentation of a/multiple cells in the battery giving up the ghost.
It could be physical damage to wiring.
Someone would need to get hands on with a multimeter to start narrowing it down. Not overly complex work even with a few hours on YouTube and basic equipment, like a multimeter.
