Ah, but with dipping I loose some sauce from the residue that can’t be swiped up. However, by squeezing/smearing it on each individual piece nothing is lost and I get exactly as much as I want on each portion without either putting too little on/in the dipping surface and needing to get more or over estimating and wasting some.

Also, brave of you to ass’u’me that I haven’t already tasted the food (“before I touch it”). Except for the apple this plate was one of a half dozen I had batch made and frozen for latter simple reheating (a.k.a. homemade tv dinners) after my 13-14 hour work shifts. I already knew exactly what it was, how it tasted, and what I wanted to do to it well before adding the topping.

Regulations for rounding nutritional information, plus small serving size, allows a lot of products to get away with this. Tic Tacs can advertise and label as being zero sugar because there’s less than 0.5g in a one-tic-tac serving.

Yes Kwepie is not sweet. But it's sour. Mayo shouldn't taste like (too much) vinegar (Kwepie), mayonnaise shouldn't taste like soybean oil (American mayos), and mayo shouldn't be sweet (Southeast Asia). Mayo should simply taste like Mayo 😡😡😡

It's not sweeter or tangier. It's got more egg yolks and has msg in it. It actually has less sugar than American mayo. Really it tastes richer and has more sodium. At the risk of sounding pretentious, it's basically got more umami, kinda like if your mayo was silkier and had a bit of a meatiness to it or was more savoury.

I honestly do use it with everything. Yeah, some sandwiches could do with less salt from the mayo, but I'd rather adjust the seasoning on my tomatoes, etc, than buy two kinds of mayo, when one is clearly superior
