3.5" chamber means a longer pump stroke, easier to short stroke. Plastic receiver.
3.5" chamber also means you can shoot 3.5" shells and the gun being mostly 1 chunk of plastic means it's light (a *super fun" combination). It has trade offs.

The regular Nova can't have the stock changed out. It's permanently fused with the receiver.
If you want the option for a collapsing stock or pistol grip, you need the Supernova. If that doesn't interest you, then I hear these are great shotguns.

This looks to be the older style that still takes the 3.5" shells. Those things pack a pretty significant punch. 18 pellets of 00 buck where standard 2.75" shells have 8 or 9.
This model has the mag extension, which the lower priced models don't. Still doesn't seem like a very good price. Pretty great pump gun, though.
