No wifi on ASUS TUF motherboard

Hello, I just finished putting a PC together and my new motherboard is the ASUS TUF X870 Plus Wifi, but all of my drives are from a previous PC. I thought I managed to set it up properly but the computer is still not capable of wifi and won't connect unless it has Ethernet. I'm pretty sure this is because I don't have the necessary drivers but I can't really download it. I've tried looking up "Asus tuf wifi driver" and downloading that, but running AsusSetup.exe just makes it close and not change anything. I've also tried downloading Armoury Crate to get the drivers but nothing happens after restarting. I think wifi should be enabled in the BIOS, although I'm not familiar to the interface. If anyone can help with this please let me know, it's much appreciated!

Running Windows 11?(Windows 10 not supported for this Wifi model).
Also, it is common for boards to have different WiFi chipsets during manufacturing, so there are multiple drivers on the support page. Have tried each one to find a match? Also, installed the chipset driver as well?

Select 'See all downloads' under the Wireless section
If already tried download and extract to install the realtek option, might try the MediaTek option.

I have TUF and the driver i have in my device manager is 'MediaTek Wi-FI 7 MT795 Wirelass Lan Card'
Have you installed ALL the latest BIOS Firmware? It's possible a fault if it's not picking up the hardware at all?
Are there any unknown devices in your Netywork adapters in Device Manager?
