I have recently bought these parts to to build myself a better pc.
AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D, 6-cores, 4.5GHz, 102MB (Box)
DeepCool AK620 Digital, RGB, 2x120mm
MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Shadow 2X OC, 12GB GDDR7
XPG LANCER Blade RGB 32GB (2x16GB), DDR5, 6000MHz
Crucial P310 1TB, M.2 PCIe SSD
MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI (AM5)
1stPlayer MEGAVIEW MV8 Black (Mid Tower)
DeepCool FC120 Black 120mm RGB Fan
1stPlayer BOR-001 (0.35m cable)
DeepCool PN750D 750W Gold (ATX 3.1 PSU)
I am not very experienced with building pcs, so I was wondering if I can add my old HHD and SSD to the new system and use them for extra storage.
The SSD is Kingston SUV400S37240G.
The HHD is ST1000DM010-2EP102.

Yes you can do it.
Just make sure if you have win11 to know your Microsoft login details. It will ask you to enter some code from the bitlocker to verify you didn't just stole that OS drive.

Technically yes....But ideally its best to do a clean OS installation...so you don't have to deal with driver issues and all the janky stuff left behind by the old system

Thank you for the help bud. I wish you the best.

I always use SSDs/HDDs from previous builds, only the main drive might be new.
Just be sure you install your OS on your fastest storage media, which in your case is the P310.
Congrats on the new built!

Although with doing that even though you have the boot order set, windows still does some weird stuff. I have had my boot drive in my first sata slot, and another drive that I forgot had windows on it, still boot off the other drive
