I can find nothing indicating she's currently on probation for anything. She got arrested for doing 104mph on a Florida highway back in January, that hasn't gone to trial yet near as I can tell. Everything related to the 2021 THC issue has been fully adjudicated.

He's probably thinking of when she was arrested for pushing her boyfriend in the airport. He didn't press charges so everything was dropped. She was also kicked off a plane before so.
