Ebikes are generally not considered to be "Motorized Vehicles". Including your state of Oregon. Double check that.

Yes, they have a motor and yes they are vehicles. That doesn't make them "motorized vehicles" as legally defined.

And since that Aventon Sinch, (tho heavier than a bicycle), has the correct geometry, seat, & 7 speeds (supposing the trail's flat), you could enjoyably pedal anywhere looking exactly like a bicyclist on bicycle, with or without pedal assist on.

I was staying at the Sun Outdoors RV Park a couple years ago and went past that on my ebike. I so wanted to go down that road, but being out of state I decided not to. Happy Trails!

An ebike is a bicycle and not a motor vehicle and you're fine to ride past. Check your local laws, though.
