ULPT Request: Make HR director feel unappreciated without contacting them!

How to make an HR director at my old job feel completely unappreciated (without contacting them).
This person lives for recognition. Like, they need to feel valued and seen for what they do (even though all they do is dunk on the lower levels...).
Problem is, they don’t deal with customers or anything external, so I can’t go the usual complaint/review route. Everything they do is internal-facing. I can’t contact them directly or file anything internally.
How would you make someone like that feel quietly unappreciated from a distance?

he's also president of a nonprofit what can be done wit that
ThisAppsForTrolling@reddit
Message them discreetly about the infidelity of your spouse and the leader of the nonprofit that you prefer to see them act before you go public to shield them from the fall out of them sleeping with your husband. Say you are a neighbor who supports the cause but that you are concerned with how the news with impact the organization. Kinda like a heads up to them that this guy fucked my husband and I’m about to go scorched earth.

It is surprisingly easy to dissolve a non profit (with the IRS) if you know a few key pieces of information (most of which are publicly available). It's probably more types of fraud than you might think, but it's not hard.

Careful this might be the managers alt account

Send your former coworkers a card, telling them how much you valued working with each and every one of them. Name them all, except that guy. You know that card will get posted on the corkboard in the lunchroom for all to see.

Write a review on Glassdoor, short and honest, but mention how so-and-so in HR is so helpful, and other-and-so in HR is so competent. Both people should be real, neither should be the director.
LettuceWithBeetroot@reddit
That would likely be removed as you're not permitted to be department or person-specific if any form of criticism is involved - I tried it when similarly stating how incompetent a previous HR was.
This was however a few years ago so things may have changed.

In the interests of continuity on here, I advise you either: Sleep with his mom, dad, wife, husband, adult offspring.

Frozen piss in a mold. Mold Shape? Dildo.

Write a fake performance report from their management that basically says they're wasting the company money with how little they contribute and leave it somewhere they'll find it.
Dull_Banana1377@reddit
He doesnt work there anymore according to the post
heylooknewpillows@reddit
Perfect. Put it in a folder and drop it by the door.

Glitterbomb. The gift that keeps on giving.
mxchickmagnet86@reddit
Send a glitter bomb to his superior from him.
ctjanjic1@reddit
Finally. But 8 hour old post, and no piss disks yet?
Belisario_R@reddit
Send a card to your old office, cite everyone by name EXCEPT them, who you should call something like "that director, in hr" to wish a happy easter/holiday/christmas/hangin' or anything
Repeat the card at least four time, and always, ALWAYS name them something vaguely derogatory that cannot be punished (no 'that idiot' or 'the loser over there' keep it classy yet insulting)

Go the opposite direction: create a fake award for HR Director recognition, fake website, etc. Inflate his ego to the point that he's going to come to your awards show in person to receive it. Tell him it's being held at a hotel in another city. And then let him go. Delete the website 20 minutes before the event is supposed to start. Go and watch if you want, or don't.

Your old job ? Why are you still thinking about this person ?
Icy_Barracuda3885@reddit (OP)
he low key screwed me over to cover someone else's ass
thejustducky1@reddit
...and he is still winning every minute you spend time on this...
Real LPT: No "gotcha" is ever going to make it better and you'll just dig yourself deeper into your own revenge fantasies.
The power was not in your hands to control the outcome, and will never Be in your hands no matter how much time you waste obsessing over it. The world isn't fair and has no requirement to resolve injustice.
So Let it go.
krizzzombies@reddit
me when i don't know what "unethical" means
thejustducky1@reddit
We're talking about giving unethical advice to affect other people here... the 4th-wall unethical would be giving him advice to continue hurting himself while doing absolute jack shit to the other person.
There is no unethical protip to give in this situation that wouldn't just swing back around and bite him in the ass.

Injustice is hard to swallow.

Are you friends with this person on social media?
Post on social media about how wonderful and competent HR is at your new place of employment. It could even be a fake post (with a fake job and fake HR person). Every week post about something new and wonderful your new HR person did (“Now they threw me a welcome party and gifted me an iPhone!” “Today they threw a birthday party for an employee, it was at a Michelin star restaurant!”)
Such-Mountain-6316@reddit
Send everyone else something for their birthday but don't send anything to this person. Don't even acknowledge their existence.
Mary_the_penguin@reddit
Oh yeah, good one. My work put up a birthday board so we would know when to celebrate everyone's birthdays. Someone was left off, it stung.
YimmyTheTulip@reddit
You just lean really hard in the other direction. Start sending in so much effusive praise about this person that it starts to sound either sarcastic or fake. Specifically compliment him on things he’s terrible at, and knows it.
Ackymofo@reddit
Post a photo or gallery on social media of everyone but him, saying that you miss all the old gang or something.
Also, find out who they hate the most and praise them.
SamizdatGuy@reddit
Send her a photograph of your ass in the mail
PipeInternal2446@reddit
Punch them in the face, quietly.
chaotic_evil_666@reddit
Don't tell them "happy birthday" on their birthday
