Not allowing Iran to have access to nuclear weapons is a good thing for the entire world. Better than what the Democrats would do. They’d end up kicking the can down the road and Iran would end up with nuclear weapons if Biden or Harris was president today. Iran had the option to make a deal, they chose not to and they also tried unsuccessfully to have our president assassinated so they deserve everything they got, when our military bombed the crap out of them. Iran has acted like a bully to the world and now they want to play victim when our country stands up for itself. Sorry, like doesn’t work that way.

After Obama literally deliver pallets of cash which was promptly used to enrich uranium to 60%, do you know what uses uranium enriched that high? It isn’t electricity production through nuclear power plants they only need 5% enriched uranium. 60% makes a hell of a dirty bomb. Not that I believe that was their intention, no no it’s a relatively small step from 60% to 90% and that boys and girls is where true blue nuclear weapons start at. There is no other reason why you’d enrich uranium even as high as 60%.

I believe a dirty bomb is made with radioactive waste. And weapons grade uranium is 90%. Also enriched uranium at 60% (what Iran has) would be very weak if they tried to make a bomb with it. Everything you’ve been saying is just wrong.

It’s just a fact. Iran did not violate the JCPOA until AFTER Trump pulled the USA out and reapplied max sanctions on them. The entire purpose of the deal from Iran’s POV was sanction relief so if you believe they should’ve continued to comply with that deal despite sanctions being reapplied you’re dumb.
Also this isn’t a democrat, republican issue. It’s the USA destabilizing countries based off lies. Countries that Israel has issues with.

Unless they start a war directly impacting the world's oil supplies. It was beyond obvious to anyone that gas prices being elevated post COVID had everything to do with reduced production during the pandemic. If you can't understand nuance just say that.
Even if Biden could have done something to prevent gas prices elevating to as high as they were, it's still a far cry from actively initiating a war with the country who controls 20% of the world's supply.

The sanctions on Russia in 2022 did increase energy prices world wide. It even hit $100 a barrel. In fact, I seem to recall a bunch of people being upset with Biden about gas prices or something. It was even a huge motivating factor in people wanting Trump instead.

If my wording was poor, that is my fault, but I was never under the disillusion that Iran alone produces 20% of the world's oil. Its a well known fact that Iran exerts control over the Strait when they are under threat. 20% of the world's oil consumption does flow through the Strait. I was in fact referencing the trade route. Precision of language is important, if I were referencing their production, I would have used the word produce instead of control.
However, this seems to be a great oppurtunity for us to save face and chalk it up to a misunderstanding.

Nobody on Reddit wants to hear it but until just a few days ago gas prices still had not exceeded that of 2014. I would know because at the time I was working as a delivery driver and the $3.99 87 was killing me, and diesel was comparably expensive to today as well.
Unfortunately gas prices are now at record highs and I personally am not seeing any easy way out of this. It’s going to hurt for a while. I’ll stay optimistic it will come down in the future but realistically, I doubt it.

Obama was dealing with them. He was trying to diffuse the situation and deradicalise Iran and its nuclear weapon programme. Then Trump got into office, threw the Iran Nuclear Deal out the window, and poured gasoline on the fire.
