Do you know where we can rent a car in Albania for about two weeks in August online? We’d like to ask for a recommendation for a reliable website with reasonable prices.
We'll arrive in Tirana.

It's always best to book online in advance, just look for platforms that allow free cancellations in case prices drop. Final Rentals is a great choice, and their rates start at 31 euros per day. That already includes theft protection.
But you can buy additional insurance like reduced and super collision damage waiver for 6 to 12 euros per day, which is pretty reasonable. They have a pick up location in Tirana Airport and downtown!

Do not rent online. In the southwest of the airport in Tirana in walking distance you have numerous car rental companies. Look through google for the ones with the best reviews and get one from there. They are cheaper and better than the big players like avis and hertz.

If you take their insurance, make sure to not let the rental company sell you another insurance. Their insurance is pretty good, I used it with success against a scamming rental company in Turkey a few years ago.
